Have you ever pondered the idea of partaking in a future investment plan to secure extra money by putting up money you have had saved aside to help try to double the amount of total earnings? Maybe you hear what we are saying but you want no part in a investment opportunity with much risk involved at losing most of what you are investing into? What if I told you, you could jump into investment opportunities simply by securing a forex futures trading account and buy the stock you need for business ahead of time.

What is forex futures?

Forex futures is an investment opportunity which provides both the seller and purchaser a chance to earn a profit simply by securing needed goods set at a future date of trade.

Why was forex futures trading created?

Initially a long time ago, farmers and harvesters needed a way to secure that the crops in which they grow would be sold by a specific time frame after harvest to ensure that the crops would sell before they wilted and went bad.

The idea started as harvesters setting future contracts with businesses who re-sold the crops, this contract would put the crops at a specific price per crop, how many crops would be sold to this said person and a date in which the crops would either be picked up or delivered in the future. The total price being it was set in a contract with a date was than secure and the harvester could not raise the price if the cost per crop value went up by that future date, securing the purchaser with a solid investment.

The only risk involved for the purchaser would be if the value per crop went down by the future date, than the purchaser would lose a potential percentage of profit in comparison to the purchase value.

So how does forex futures trading work now?

Now forex future trades work as the exchange of sole contracts promising a product which is obligated by the seller to carry out with the purchaser. The forex and future accounts only exchange the contracts and the two parties involved in the contract are legally obligated to carry out the agreement.

To obtain an account with a forex futures trade a promise deposit must be made in a specific percentage to the total promised purchase price for the total amount of goods promised to purchase by the set future date. For example if a purchaser were to buy and invest in a contract for lets say 100 gallons of oil at 5$ a gallon the total contract would be 500$ to be paid at the agreed date of future sale. So to take out this contract the purchaser would need to pay a percentage which would keep the account open such as 5 to 50$ depending on the minimum for deposit.

How can you invest from contracts through a forex futures trade?

Lets say this 100 gallons of oil went up from 5$ per gallon in value to 8$ per gallon in value. You could resell the contract before its initial future set date to another business or investor who also works in forex futures trading for anywhere greater than your own down payment , or even more if the overall cost in oil is expected to further grow before the date of expected purchase. This makes you the seller of the made contract an investment in comparison to your price of the said contract. And the new purchaser of the contract may also make an investment or savings in the purchase of the oil for the agreed 5$ per gallon since the value is now 8$ per gallon.

So initially through your investments you can slowly earn more and more profit through purchasing and reselling contracts, or if you are in a business keep the contracts to sell the products in the future for more profit.

<a href="http://stocktradingq.com/day-trading/day-trading-futures"title="" >Day trading futures is also getting more and more popular among experienced traders. It is important though, to consider that day trading is a very risky business and should only be performed by very experienced traders. To make it a bit easier, it could be advantageous to use forex signals when trading.
